Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
Handcrafted, customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If applicable, the estimated preparation time will be communicated through the product page, WhatsApp or phone.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote locations: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered on selected products, order values or promotional campaigns.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp or email, subject to courier availability.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and PIN code. Kunj Creation will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If an address correction is required, please contact us immediately. The address cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched.
FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel or provides incorrect contact/address details, any re-shipping charges may have to be paid by the customer.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE
Please do not accept a parcel if the outer packaging appears opened, damaged or tampered with. If possible, record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.
