Please select the size according to your Laddu Gopal idol’s number and height. Check the size options shown on the product page before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us on WhatsApp with your idol’s measurement.

The items included are mentioned in the product description. Laddu Gopal idol, jewellery and other decorative items shown in photographs are not included unless specifically stated.

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, the actual colour may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Many of our products are handcrafted or hand-finished. Therefore, minor differences in embroidery, bead placement, stitching or decorative details may occur. These variations are not considered defects and make each product unique.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take up to 12 business days.

Please contact us as soon as possible. An order may be changed or cancelled only before it has been processed or dispatched. Customised and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Yes. Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. Kunj Creation does not directly store complete card or banking credentials.
